Expansion to new Amazon EU markets

Strategic and operational launch in a new European marketplace: viability analysis, native listings, FBA setup, local compliance and launch campaigns.

What's included

From viability analysis to traction

Opening a market isn't activating a listing in another language. It's an operation with simultaneous fronts — and we cover them all.

Viability analysis

Demand, competition and profitability by market. Before investing a single euro, you know whether the market makes sense for your product and at what real margin you can operate.

Native listings

No machine translation. Text built around how the customer in that market searches and buys, with their keywords, units and cultural nuances.

FBA setup

Configuration within the European logistics network: EFN or Pan-European as best suits your catalogue, costs and target delivery times in the new market.

Local compliance

GPSR, VAT/OSS, labelling and EU Responsible Person. Each market has its own regulations: we analyse them and resolve the documentation needed to sell without risk.

Launch campaigns

A PPC strategy to win visibility and sales history from day one, with defined margin thresholds so you don't chase clicks without profitability.

Post-launch support

An open market isn't left to fend for itself. Tracking of traction, catalogue and campaign tuning, and reporting direct from SP-API to measure real progress.

The process

Three phases towards a market up and running

Informed decision first, execution after. The expansion only kicks off with your approval and a profitability analysis on the table.

01

Viability and decision

Analysis of demand, competition and prior profitability. We hand you the case with the numbers before committing resources: the decision to open is yours and it's well-founded.

02

Preparation

Native listings, FBA setup and local compliance. We get everything ready — catalogue, logistics and documentation — so the launch isn't held up by an attribute or a forgotten formality.

03

Launch and traction

Market activation, launch campaigns and follow-up. We measure traction with data direct from SP-API and adjust as we go.

Human in the Loop

Expanding into a new marketplace always requires your approval — with a prior profitability analysis on the table.

It's one of the decisions we never make for you. The technology prepares the case and the operation; opening the market is your call, with the numbers in front of you.

Frequently asked questions

What we're usually asked

It depends on the product, the compliance that applies and the logistics model. A market with no special documentation requirements can be operational within a few weeks; one with GPSR, VAT registration or specific labelling requires more preparation. In the viability phase we give you a realistic timeline for your specific case — no generic promises.
In most cases you don't need a local company: the OSS scheme or a VAT registration in the destination country is usually enough, depending on where you store your stock and the FBA model you use (EFN or Pan-European). Every situation is different, so we analyse it in the viability phase and tell you exactly what you need before opening.

Request a viability analysis of your next market

We'll tell you, with judgement, whether the market makes sense for your product, at what real profitability you could operate and what it would take to open it. No commitment.
