What we do

Six ways to work with us

From a one-off diagnosis to the full management of your channel across Europe. No fixed packages: every relationship starts by understanding the real state of your account.

How we work

Analysis · Direction · Results

The full cycle of your channel, with no middlemen between whoever analyses, whoever decides and whoever executes.

01

Analysis

We start from the real state of your account — data straight from the SP-API, not impressions. Catalogue, campaigns, profitability, compliance and positioning by marketplace.

02

Direction

We design the strategic architecture of the channel — and execute it with proprietary tools. And we define what the technology runs on its own and what requires your explicit approval.

03

Results

Fortnightly reporting with data from the source and documented decisions. We measure what matters — margin, TACoS, buy box, conversion — not vanity metrics.

The infrastructure

We don't depend on third-party software for what matters.
We've built the tools.

For the critical work — catalogues, inventory and returns control, sales and traffic reporting — AMZ360 uses proprietary systems integrated directly with Amazon's SP-API. AI assists in the workflow. The expert reviews before anything changes in your account. That's how Human in the Loop works in practice.

Catalogues from the source

The system downloads the real state of your catalogue exactly as Amazon sees it — errors, missing attributes, differences between marketplaces. It generates the proposal with AI, we review it, and it verifies the result after publishing.

download → AI proposes → human review → publish → verify

FBA and returns control

Every return traced to the end: package received, unit returned to stock, refund confirmed. We detect the refunds Amazon owes and hasn't processed.

Amazon EU AI agents

Agents trained on specific domains: listings for Rufus, sales and traffic, FBA shipments, GPSR compliance, campaigns. Every action goes through review before it runs.

Reporting straight from the SP-API

Your fortnightly analysis comes from live API data — 8 marketplaces, per-ASIN granularity, comparing the period you define. These aren't Seller Central screenshots.

Proprietary tools built on the SP-API, AI assisting under supervision, and the judgement of a team with 15 years on Amazon Europe. No third-party tool can replicate that combination.

The problem

Why so many accounts go wrong —
even with good tools

Mistake 1

Too much automation, no judgement

Everything is handed over to the tool: the repricer drains the margin, automatic bidding chases clicks with no profitability, listings are translated in bulk. The account "runs itself" — straight towards a problem no one is watching.

Mistake 2

With no system, oversight eats up all the time

The team manually reviews every bid, every keyword, every price — with no system to automate what's safe. Across 8 simultaneous marketplaces, that model is unworkable. The scalability promised never arrives.

The resolution

Deliberately design what the system runs on its own and what requires the expert's judgement. That's exactly what AMZ360 has built — and what it does from day one of every account.

Human in the Loop

How it's designed, not what it's called

When the catalogue system generates a proposal for a listing, it doesn't publish it: it presents it for review. When the campaigns agent detects a margin threshold has been crossed, it pauses — it doesn't act. When reporting detects a drop in conversion, it flags it — it doesn't set the price.

That's Human in the Loop. It isn't a policy we follow — it's how the tools are built.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

We've developed proprietary tools integrated with Amazon's SP-API — for catalogue analysis and optimisation, FBA returns control and sales and traffic reporting. For what they do well (PPC with continuous optimisation, keyword tracking) we use specialised market tools. The difference: the critical analysis doesn't run through a third-party platform that filters what you see.
The system downloads the real state of each listing exactly as Amazon sees it. It generates a proposal with AI trained on Amazon's 2026 standards (A10 + Rufus). The team reviews before a single change is published. And it verifies the result afterwards. AI assists. We decide.
Data straight from the SP-API — not Seller Central exports. Sales and traffic by ASIN and marketplace, compared with the period you agree. Campaigns with documented decisions. The status of returns and refunds. And any anomaly detected: drops in conversion, loss of buy box, returns left unrefunded.
Yes — and it's one of the areas where we generate the most concrete value. Our system tracks every return to the end: that the package reaches the warehouse, that the unit is returned to inventory and that the refund is processed when it's due. Amazon has to refund for units damaged in its warehouses — without a system to monitor it, those refunds go unnoticed.
The only fixed price we publish is the audit: from €1,500, one-off. Management is quoted afterwards, based on the number of marketplaces, catalogue size and scope — because until we've seen your account, any figure would be made up. What you pay for is access to a team with 15 years on Amazon EU, proprietary tools built on the SP-API and AI assisting. And what those tools detect — unrefunded returns, drops in conversion, catalogue errors — pays for itself.
How to start

The first step does have a price

The audit is the way into any relationship with us, and it costs what it costs. What comes after depends on your account: the scope is agreed in writing once we know what state it's in, not before.

And after that, how much?

It depends on four things, and until we've seen your account we don't know either. Putting a monthly rate here would mean making up your case:

  • How many marketplaces. Running Spain is not the same as running eight countries with their own VAT, EFN and compliance.
  • How many SKUs. A 40-SKU catalogue and a 4,000-SKU one don't take the same work to maintain.
  • Whether campaigns are in scope. Managing ad spend is a separate front from the catalogue.
  • What needs fixing first. A healthy account gets run; a suspended one, with a broken catalogue or no GPSR work done, gets rebuilt first.

Once the audit is done, you get scope and price agreed in writing. No lock-in and no small print.

And who it isn't worth it for

If you sell in a single marketplace, with few SKUs and no campaigns, this model is more than you need — and we'll tell you so in the free diagnosis, before you pay for an audit. We'd rather lose a client than charge them to run something they can run themselves.
